Adding a header and footer to your documents

Introduction

Powered Now lets you set both a header and footer for each of your document types. For example you might want to add your payment or bank details to the header of your invoices.

Mobile

Getting to the header and footer settings

  • Tap the cog icon at the top of the screen, this takes you to the settings.
  • In the settings tap, Document Settings.
  • Tap the pencil icon (mobile) / Edit Layout button (tablet), this takes you into the layout wizard.
  • Tap next until you get to the Header and Footer settings

Adding header and footer text

  • You can choose different text for each of the document types. Choose the document you would like and simply add the text into the header and footer sections.

Saving your changes

  • Simply press next until you have completed the layout wizard, your changes will automatically save.
